Measure Up

A target lands on the bench. The workshop has pieces in a few different sizes — a metre rod, decimetre rods, centimetre cubes. Your job is to reach the target exactly.

There are never enough small pieces to do it the lazy way, so sooner or later one big piece has to stand in for ten small ones. And there is usually more than one way to get there — any build that hits the target is a right answer.
